Senior Director of LifeReady
Kevin Costa, PhD
Kevin Costa, PhD, is Director of LifeReady at McDonogh School and heads a team of strategic leaders providing research, strategy, and professional learning informing the PK-12 program.

Since joining McDonogh School in 2005, Kevin has served as a college counselor, as the Director of Fine & Performing Arts, and as a classroom teacher. An architect of McDonogh's academic strategic plan, LifeReady, Kevin presents ways for schools to approach meaningful change in ways that honor the experience, commitment, and contributions of faculty.

Enaye Englenton
Enaye guides McDonogh's commitment to fostering an inclusive community where every student, family, faculty, and staff member feels valued and empowered to thrive.
She partners with students, educators, and families to weave diversity, equity, and inclusion into everyday campus life through curriculum development, community programs, and meaningful dialogue

Director of 800-Acre Labs
Josh Jones, PhD
Jones directs 800-Acre Labs, McDonogh's program of distinction, designed to inspire environmentally conscious leaders and cultivate meaningful connections with the natural world.
​
Working across all three divisions, he develops integrated learning experiences that enable students to explore agricultural and environmental sciences, understand their complexities and challenges, and discover their potential to do meaningful good in these fields. Through field-based research, watershed studies, farm experiences, and hands-on investigations across our 800-acre campus, Jones guides students in developing the scientific knowledge and environmental stewardship needed to become leaders committed to creating positive change.

Robyn Little
Robyn champions McDonogh's commitment to leveraging technology as a transformative tool for learning and innovation across our community.

Working across all three divisions, she develops strategic initiatives that integrate cutting-edge educational technology into instruction, cultivates digital competency, and prepares students for success in an increasingly technology-driven world. Through curriculum development, professional development, and strategic partnerships, Robyn ensures our faculty and students have access to the tools, training, and support they need to learn, create, and collaborate both in and beyond the classroom.

Nancy Love
Nancy champions McDonogh's commitment to nurturing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our community.
Working across all three divisions, she develops programming that promotes healthy lifestyles, stress management, and resilience skills. Through curriculum development, counseling services, and community outreach, Love ensures students have the tools and support they need to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

Director of Greatest Good McDonogh
Jen Pineau
Jen leads Greatest Good McDonogh, the School's signature service program that empowers students from prekindergarten through twelfth grade to discover their purpose and create meaningful change in the world.

Working across all three divisions, she weaves service-learning and social impact into the curriculum, integrating philanthropy and social innovation throughout coursework and experiential learning. Through community partnerships and thoughtfully designed projects, Jen guides students in developing the empathy and civic leadership skills to tackle real-world challenges and realize their power to do the greatest good.
