Senior Director of LifeReady

Kevin Costa, PhD

Kevin Costa, PhD, is Director of LifeReady at McDonogh School and collaborates with a team of strategic leaders providing research, strategy, and professional learning informing the PK–12 program.

 

Since joining McDonogh School in 2005, Costa has served as a college counselor, as the Director of Fine & Performing Arts, and as a classroom teacher. An architect of McDonogh's academic strategic plan, LifeReady, he presents ways for schools to approach meaningful change in ways that honor the experience, commitment, and contributions of faculty.

Enaye Englenton

Enaye Englenton guides McDonogh's commitment to fostering an inclusive community where every student, family, faculty, and staff member feels valued and empowered to thrive.

 

She partners with students, educators, and families to weave diversity, equity, and inclusion into everyday campus life through curriculum development, community programs, and meaningful dialogue.

Director of 800-Acre Labs

Josh Jones, PhD

Josh Jones directs 800-Acre Labs, the School's signature environmental initiative designed to inspire environmentally conscious leadership and foster meaningful connections with the natural world.

 

Working across all three divisions, Jones creates integrated, hands-on experiences in agricultural and environmental science. Through field research, watershed studies, and farm-based learning on our 800-acre campus, he helps students build scientific understanding while instilling a sense of stewardship and a commitment to positive change.

Robyn Little

Robyn Little champions McDonogh's commitment to leveraging technology as a transformative tool for learning and innovation across our community.

 

Working across all three divisions, Little develops strategic initiatives that integrate cutting-edge educational technology into instruction, cultivates digital competency, and prepares students for success in an increasingly technology-driven world. Through curriculum development, professional development, and strategic partnerships, she ensures faculty and students have access to the tools, training, and support they need to learn, create, and collaborate both in and beyond the classroom.

Nancy Love

Nancy Love oversees McDonogh's commitment to nurturing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our community.

 

Working across all three divisions, Love develops programming that promotes healthy lifestyles, stress management, and resilience skills. Through curriculum development, counseling services, and community outreach, she ensures students have the tools and support they need to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

Director of Greatest Good McDonogh

Jen Pineau-Wilson

Jen Pineau-Wilson leads Greatest Good McDonogh, the School's signature service program that empowers students from prekindergarten through twelfth grade to discover their purpose and create meaningful change in the world.

 

Working across all three divisions, Pineau-Wilson weaves service-learning and social impact into the curriculum, integrating philanthropy and social innovation throughout coursework and experiential learning. Through community partnerships and thoughtfully designed projects, she guides students in developing the empathy and civic leadership skills to tackle real-world challenges and realize their power to do the greatest good.

Sara Rosiak

Sara Rosiak advances McDonogh's commitment to ensuring every student has the support they need to reach their full potential.

 

As Director of Learning Services, Rosiak oversees a team-based approach that empowers students with diverse learning needs to fully participate in McDonogh's mission. Through evidence-based interventions, faculty collaboration, and close partnership with families, she helps learners build not only academic skills but also the confidence and self-advocacy essential for long-term success.

McDonogh is an independent, coeducational day and five-day boarding school that enrolls students in prekindergarten through twelfth grade. Providing life-altering educational opportunities that inspire joy in learning and promote personal and intellectual growth is at the heart of the McDonogh experience.
